Final walk-round, snagging, building control completion certificate and all your paperwork.

Yes. We'll check the plan before it's ordered so it suits the room and the services.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Typically 3–6 weeks depending on the structural work. We can help set up a temporary kitchen area.
Do I need building control for a knock-through?
Removing a load-bearing wall needs structural calculations and building control approval. We arrange both.
